After the recent demise of ANR, many have been saying that those who worked in ‘Maya Bazaar’ it is only ANR who is the last. But it is not so. In that movie one girl did the role of Sasirekha in her teens (The main role was essayed by Savitri). She is not an unknown face and is a popular actress in Tamil Nadu. Her real name is Saraswathi but she is called Sachu in the industry. From the year 2000, Sachu has been seen a lot in TV serials. Prior to that she acted in Tamil flicks and made a mark for herself. She was also seen in Chiranjeevi’s ‘Shankar Dada Zindabad’. Sachu is 71 years now and she is alive and active. So anything related to ‘Mayabazar’ she would be the best person to reach out for. Apparently, Sachu was 14 when that film was being shot so her memory will be sharp because those things are hard to forget at that age.
