Superstar Mahesh Babu is known for
his generous actions whenever a producer who invested money on him ends up in
loss. Latest we hear is that, he is preparing himself to help the production
house that lost 30 crores due to his idea.
‘1 Nenokkadine’ is the idea of
Sukumar, but the sole person behind making this project to happen is Mahesh
Babu only. After he felt intrigued by the story line narrated by Sukku,
immediately he convinced 14 Reels Entertainment to bring this idea to life.
But the dream turned costly for the makers, as their 70 Crore investment just
returned 40 crores.
‘1’ ended up collecting 29 crore
worldwide share, and if hires and minimum guarantee stuff are paid back, then
the figures will come down to 25 easily. Along with satellite and dubbing
rights, the film might stand collecting 40 Crores on a whole for 14 reels,
resulting in 30 Cr losses. As expected by one and all, Eros Entertainment
hasn’t bought the flick completely, but only helped them financially.
So to repair the damage of 30 crores caused by his passion for ‘1’, it is
heard that Mahesh has signed a 3 film deal with 14 Reels Entertainment. We
have to see if this deal includes ‘Aagadu’ or not, but still it is a big and
wonderful decision by Mahesh to help his producers, if there is any bit of
truth in this.
