Mahesh’s film being directed by Sukumar has broken new records in the budget that has been invested to make One-Nenokkadine.
One is shocked by the mind-blowing figures that are coming out.
Industry insiders are wondering how the producers had invested such amounts on one film.
Also, the news is already out that to make up for this expenditure, Mahesh has accepted to another film for the production house. This clearly shows that ‘1’ has gone off the track.
Trade analysts feel that the film has to make Rs 70 crore share to break even.
For this to be possible, the film should make at least Rs 50 crore in the first week of its release.
Incidentally, Attarintiki Daaredi made Rs 40 crore in the first week, so analysts feel that ‘1’ which will be released for Sankranti can easily manage to make Rs 50 crore.
After that, it needs to sustain itself for another couple of weeks before landing in the safe zone.
Since a movie’s fate is being decided in the very first week of its release, ‘1’s’ fate will be clear in the opening week.
If it manages to hit 50 in the first week, then will be no big deal for it to make money later. And yes, they can come up with innovative promotional activities to entice the audience!
